For over 25 years I have been providing driving lessons in and around Cardiff. From the novice instructor back in the 1990's to today's skilled and experienced instructor using modern techniques.
However when it comes to the lessons they are all about YOU. So if you are a beginner, intermediate, test standard or qualified and looking to brush up, your lessons will be based around what you require.
I have a friendly, supportive, encouraging teaching style and while learning to drive may fill you with trepidation I will make sure that the experience is as positive, enjoyable and as rewarding as possible.
Lessons will be arranged at your convenience and I can pick you up and drop you off at the start and the end of the lesson at any local location you desire, be it home, work, school, college - you choose!
Remember no two lessons will ever be the same as they are tailored to your needs, your ability and unlike some driving schools I do not simply teach you to drive the local driving test route!
In order to ensure the standard of your lessons I am fully compliant with my Continued Professional Development and have signed up to the Driving Instructor Code of Practice. For example when the new driving test was introduced in December 2017 I had already participated in the National Trials. This meant that when the test was introduced I had a full understanding of the skills required from experience already gained while assessing the new test in 2015. In addition by joining the Instructor Podcast I am constatly updating my knowledge on all aspects of driver training such as coaching, safeguarding and road safety.
